PCB32 provides PCB fabrication, PCB assembly and related order support. Production lead time and shipping transit time are separate. Use the written requirements and schedule confirmed for your order.

Production and dispatch

• Custom PCB fabrication is scheduled against the confirmed specifications, revision and order release conditions.
• PCB assembly may also require component availability, sourcing confirmation, programming or test information.
• Ask support to confirm the production start conditions and estimated lead time. A payment confirmation is not a universal promise of dispatch within one or two days.
• For stocked items, check the item availability and order-specific dispatch estimate.

Shipping and transit estimates

Available routes, destination restrictions, shipping charges and transit estimates are shown at checkout or confirmed with your quotation. Carrier transit starts after dispatch and does not include fabrication or assembly time.

Once dispatched, use Отслеживание заказа or the tracking details sent for the shipment. For address problems or delays, contact support with the shipment reference.

Courier and Air DDP shipping

DHL, FedEx, UPS and ARAMEX are available for supported destinations. Estimated transit times are shown separately at checkout in working days. Supplier estimates take precedence; otherwise standard couriers are estimated at 3–7 working days and Air DDP at 7–12 working days. European DHL brand Air DDP is estimated at 8–10 working days; European consolidated DHL and UPS Air DDP at 10–15 working days.

Standard couriers and Shenzhen UPS are non-DDP: customers pay import duties and taxes. DHL Air DDP and UPS Air DDP include duties and taxes. FedEx and ARAMEX DDP are not offered.

Shipping is calculated using the greater of actual and dimensional weight, with supplier minimum billable weights applied. Included fuel is not charged again. UPS includes CNY25 residential plus CNY7.50 residential peak fees once. Other confirmed charges are included where applicable; exceptional carrier adjustments may require confirmation.

Battery-containing products require compatible routes. ARAMEX and mainland general-cargo routes do not accept batteries. Only eligible routes are offered for products identified as containing batteries. UPS remains unavailable for Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

Custom PCB / PCBA returns and quality support

Return eligibility, warranty scope and any remedy for a custom order are confirmed against the written order agreement, agreed specifications and the findings of a quality investigation. There is no universal return or warranty duration promised for every custom PCB or PCBA project.

Report the order reference, approved revision, affected quantity and clear evidence using the quality issue checklist. Keep the affected items and packaging; obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Support will confirm any proposed repair, replacement, refund, return costs and timing in writing.

For stocked products, ask support to confirm the applicable item and order terms. Existing order-specific commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain applicable.

Order changes and cancellations

Request changes or cancellation promptly. An email or a replacement upload does not itself stop work already in progress.
