Describe special assembly requirements
- List DNP parts, hand-assembly operations, connector orientation and mechanical fit constraints.
- State whether conformal coating, cleaning, special packing or other additional operations are requested.
- Identify any customer-supplied parts and confirm their acceptance before dispatch.
Agree on the testing scope
Inspection and test coverage must be confirmed for the actual order. Do not assume that functional testing, programming or a particular inspection standard is automatically included.
