LMT70 module High precision medical temperature sensor LMT70YFQR temperature monitoring

Введение

LMT70 It is a subminiature with output enable pins、high-precision、Low power complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Analog temperature sensor。

Multiple LMT70 The output enable pins can be used to share an analog-to-digital converter (ADC)  passageway，So as to simplify ADC Calibrate the process and reduce the total cost of precision temperature sensing systems。LMT70 It also has a linear low impedance output，Support and off the shelf Microcontrollers (MCU)/ADC Seamless connection。LMT70 The heat dissipation is less than 36µW，This kind of ultra-low self heating characteristic supports its high precision and precision in a wide temperature range。It can be used as the Internet of things (IoT) Sensor node、Application of economical precision temperature sensing in medical thermometers，So is it RTD And high precision NTC/PTC Ideal substitute for thermistor。
