Choose the L1 package carefully

  • The controller is nRF52840, with SX1262 LoRa and L76K GNSS. It is not an ESP32 development board.
  • Lite has no display; L1/OLED and Pro use a 1.3-inch OLED; E-Ink uses a 2.13-inch e-paper display.
  • The manufacturer’s Pro package includes an enclosure and built-in 2000 mAh battery. Do not assume these are included with Lite, OLED-only or E-Ink options.
  • Match the firmware target/display configuration to the selected model; choose the legal LoRa region for the place of operation.

The Wio Tracker L1 Series is a low-power, scalable Meshtastic node featuring LoRa (862–930 MHz), an nRF52840 for efficient processing, and an L76K GPS for precise location tracking.

  1. The L1 Pro version is a fully integrated, ready-to-deploy solution featuring an OLED display, rechargeable battery, and durable 3D-printed enclosure. Built for field use with no assembly required.

  2. The L1 E-ink version supports a detachable E-ink display — optimized for ultra-low-power, always-on visual updates. Ideal for digital signage, asset tracking.

  3. The L1 version comes with an 1.3 inch OLED status panel for real-time feedback and system monitoring.

  4. The L1 Lite version is a compact and minimalist development board — perfect for embedded integration and advanced customization.
