MaTouch 2.1-inch model and demo

  • 480 × 480 ST7701S display with RGB565 pixel interface and a control interface; 16 MB flash / 8 MB PSRAM.
  • Capacitive touch, rotary encoder and press input need the matching 2.1-inch firmware and PCB driver files.
  • Enable OPI PSRAM for the documented LVGL/framebuffer setup. Display/UI frame rate depends on workload and software configuration; it is not a fixed application performance guarantee.
  • Native USB-C power/programming; the documented model has no MicroSD slot. Do not use the 1.28-inch GC9A01 SD-card demo.

The display is 480*480 resolution IPS with capacitive touch, connection with the controller is RGB5/6/5, with display frame rate depending on firmware and workload. It is high brightness and with 65K color. The Mechanic Rotary encoder supports clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation, with good smooth feeling, it also supports the whole pressing operation, which can be used normally for operation confirming.

This display module is based on ESP32S3 IC, with 8M PSRAM and 16M flash on board, support Wifi& Bluetooth 5.0, make it easy to connect to internet for IOT projects. it can be powered& programmed directly by the USB connector. Besides, it has 2 expansion connectors, I2C and UART.
