Module memory selections

Core features
- ESP32-P4 RISC-V processing for embedded interfaces and multimedia projects.
- Integrated wireless companion for 2.4GHz / 5GHz Wi-Fi and BLE. The ESP32-P4 chip itself does not contain a wireless radio.
- 72-pad module; supplier reference dimensions 25 × 25 × 3mm.
- MIPI display/camera, USB and other peripherals require an appropriate carrier or DevKit and compatible software.
DevKit and display bundle
The DevKit v1.1 reference design provides a UART-DEBUG Type-C port with CH340X, a separate USB-OTG port, BOOT/RESET buttons, a TF slot, audio circuitry and MIPI display/camera connectors. The display option uses a 4.96-inch class 480 × 854 ST7102 MIPI-DSI touch screen. Display and camera interfaces on the board do not mean those accessories are supplied with every option.
The board-only option excludes the display. The board/display/camera kit includes the camera. USB cables, batteries, speakers, TF cards and other accessories are not promised unless explicitly listed.

- Software, example projects and hardware download.
The wireless component is a hardware-bound prebuilt library for matching ESPP4-A modules. Preserve its license and do not treat it as a general-purpose open-source driver.
