Use the payment options shown for your order

Available payment options depend on the order, destination and payment provider. Select a method actually offered at checkout or follow the written instructions for your confirmed order. A method in an older guide or screenshot does not guarantee current availability.

Review the order currency, total, delivery address and any fees displayed before paying. There is no blanket payment surcharge stated in this guide.

Bank transfer instructions

If bank transfer is offered, use the beneficiary, currency, reference and amount in your actual order instructions. Any bank charges follow those instructions and the terms of the banks involved. Use your order number as the payment reference where requested.

Send the payment reference or proof of transfer to order@esp32s.com. Support must verify receipt before confirming payment. If bank details unexpectedly change, verify them through your established PCB32 contact before sending funds.

Payment confirmation and production release

A bank debit or provider authorisation is not by itself proof that the store has confirmed payment or released a custom order to production. Check your order status and follow the confirmed file-review and production-release instructions.

Unpaid checkout orders may expire automatically under the order settings. Follow the deadline shown for the actual order; contact support before paying an expired or cancelled order.

If payment does not complete

Check for an existing order or charge before trying again. Contact support with the order number, payment method and transaction reference. Never email a full card number, security code, password or one-time authentication code.

Invoices and billing details

Use My Account for your order records, or request an invoice or billing correction. Include the order number and correct billing details.
